-For substantial dematting needs, there will be an additional charge of $20 for every 20 minutes involved. Should we determine that dematting might be uncomfortable for a dog. In such scenarios, we suggest considering a 'shave off' as it is a kinder alternative.

-Extra charges may also be levied for dogs and cats that present challenges, such as those with excessive anxiety or a tendency to bite. Furthermore, we reserve the right to decline services in such cases.
