We use a full range of Chris Christensen grooming products, a premium pet care brand from the U.S, known for its high-quality formulas used in professional grooming and show dog care. From daily maintenance to advanced coat treatments, our hypoallergenic options are safe for cats and dogs of all breeds.

• For dogs: Our grooming area is fully visible through transparent glass, allowing you to see your pet at all times. However, to prevent your dog from getting excited or anxious when they see you, we kindly ask that you refrain from staying in the grooming area.
• For cats: We may ask owners to stay with their cats, as cats are more sensitive and can experience emotional fluctuations. Having the owner present can help calm them and provide a more stable grooming experience. We also have a dedicated waiting area for owners, where you can comfortably relax while we take care of your pet.

• Long-haired dogs: Long-haired dogs typically need grooming every 4 to 6 weeks to prevent mats and tangles and to keep their coats healthy. Breeds like Poodles, Shih Tzus, and Collies may require more frequent grooming, especially if their coats are prone to matting .
• Short-haired dogs: Short-haired dogs usually need grooming every 6 to 8 weeks. While they don’t require as much attention to their coats, regular grooming helps maintain skin health and removes loose hair. Breeds like Beagles and Bulldogs fall into this category .

Of course, the frequency of grooming can vary based on individual needs, activity levels, and whether your pet has any specific health issues. Always consult with a professional groomer to determine the best grooming schedule for your pet.
